Steve has over 12 years of years experience in residential renovation, additions, commercial tenant finish, and new construction design. Steve has designed and prepared construction drawings for over 80 renovation projects that range in size from a small bathroom through a multi-million dollar warehouse-to-loft conversion!

He has expertise in historic preservation, historic tax credits, as well as other state and local grant programs. He is a registered Technical Assistance Provider with the State Historic Preservation Office.

Betsy is a real estate appraiser with years of experience in Des Moines' historic neighborhoods. She is thorough and knowledgeable about the market, particularly in respect to older homes. She is a state certified Appraiser.

Eric is a licensed professional structural engineer. He said he enjoys smaller structural engineering projects as a "break" from his usual day-to-day work. He designed some structural reinforcing for a basement wall that was bowing in on one of my projects. He gave three potential solutions to the problem - the "Honda", the "Cadillac", and the "Ferrari" (I went with the Honda).

Patty was our buyer's agent when we moved to Des Moines. She took us out several times to view homes and is very knowledgeable about Des Moines neighborhoods. There are homes that she has sold multiple times (including the one we ultimately bought).
