March 2008 DSMRC Meeting - The House Next Door

03/01/2008 - 09:30
03/01/2008 - 11:00

Have you ever thought about renovating a building to sell (hopefully for profit)?

This month's meeting host saw an opportunity for revitalization in the house right next door to his own - he purchased it, fixed it up, and now has it on the market. It was essentially a full gut renovation. He stripped all the woodwork, and redesigned several sections of the house. Join us to tour the finished project and learn the dos and don'ts of renovating to sell.

    Date/Time: March 1, 9:30-11:00 am
    Location: 1711 E. Eighth St.
    Host: Jack Daugherty

Each meeting is at a different location and covers a different topic. We welcome people of all skill levels whether you are a professional general contractor, exploring options for redoing a bathroom, or simply want to talk about renovation with other interesting people.
