The Murillo Building FoundationCategories:
 This 706 ton building was picked up off its foundation, moved several blocks, and "parked" while a new concrete block foundation was constructed underneath. It will undergo a full rehabilitation (using Historic Tax Credits) and be rented as apartments for five years until being sold as condos. The Murillo Building was the site of the August Des Moines Rehabbers Club meeting. |
