Selective Demolition

Selective Demolition

"Selective demolition" refers to removing only those materials and finishes necessary to perform a defined scope of work. Plaster can be particularly difficult to remove in small areas without damaging the adjacent finishes.

Note that some of the door and window trim has remained in place. When necessary, the trim has been removed to allow for new electric and framing.
